— For Adult Performance Snowboards we offer the Burton Process, a board that is flexed and proportioned to facilitate turning while minimizing falls and is perfect for exploring the whole mountain.

CHOOSING A PICK-UP LOCATION:
Mt. Bachelor has two rental centers, which are located in different base areas at the mountain. Equipment may be picked up at either location, however we recommend basing your selection on the activities you have planned for the day.
— Choose West Village if you or a member of your party are enrolled in Private Lessons, Mountain Rippers, All Day Explorers, Kids Multi-Week, or Daycare.
— Select Sunrise as your rental pick-up location if you are enrolled in a 2-Hour Group Lesson, Beginner Lesson Package, or are looking to access the Woodward Start Park and Learning Progression Zones.

RENTAL POLICIES:

A credit card is required as a deposit on all rental gear. Unreturned equipment is subject to an automatic credit card charge of the full retail value of the equipment. All products are non-transferable and non-refundable even if the rental is never used or picked-up. Wax package services will be loaded onto your season pass, with each use deducted at the time of service.

Our expertly trained team will eliminate old wax, cleanse the base, manually apply hot wax, scrape, and finalize with a roto buff. We exclusively use top-tier, hydrocarbon ski and snowboard wax from Swix. All our waxes are fluoro-free, biodegradable, and chosen for specific temperatures. Our staff will select the optimal wax for your gear, considering the current snow temperature and conditions to ensure unparalleled performance.

Kindly allow a minimum of 25-30 minutes for your Performance Wax service during off-peak times, and up to an hour during peak times or high-traffic periods. All products are non-transferable and non-refundable, even if the pass is never used or picked up. Performance Wax packages can be utilized anytime during Mt. Bachelor's winter 24/25 season; any unused wax services after the final day of the 24/25 winter season will be void and forfeited.

You can pick up your equipment on weekends beginning October 19th, or during regular operating hours once the resort opens. Enjoy perks like free trade-ins for longer skis or snowboards if you progress or outgrow your original gear.

Keep your rental equipment in your possession until your final day of skiing or riding. If you prefer, you can purchase Overnight Storage to store your skis or snowboard (no boot storage available) with our valet services each night. To protect your gear, consider adding Rental Insurance, which covers the cost of repairing any damage from everyday use.

SNOWBOARD RENTAL:

Sport Snowboard (Adult/Teen 13+) and Junior Snowboard (12&U) — The Burton Learn to Ride (LTR) Snowboard is the ultimate confidence booster, designed to get new riders turning quickly without the falls typically associated with learning to ride. LTR boards feature a softer flex, radical sidecut, and forgiving edge bevel, making them perfect for a rider’s first days on snow.
