Single day Nordic rental packages and standalone ski rentals are available in either the Skate or Classic style for both youth and adults. | Choose from a full ski package or keep it simple with a ski only rental in either Skate or Classic style! Packages include skis, boots, and poles. Do you only need boots or poles? Those standalone items can only be reserved in person on the day of your visit. All rental equipment features the NNN binding system.

SKI TYPES:
Classic — (a.k.a. Diagonal Stride) technique of cross-country skiing where the skier’s arms and legs move straight ahead while gliding in parallel tracks. An excellent introduction to Nordic skiing.
Skate — (a.k.a. Freestyle) technique of cross-country skiing where the skis are in a V position and the movement is a side-to-side motion similar to in-line skating.

Pulk Sled rentals are available to pull your infant or small child behind you while skiing! Pulks have a weatherproof shell and secure buckled harness and can be added to your reservation for $40 by calling 541-693-0999.

RENTAL POLICIES:
A credit card is required as a deposit on all rental gear. Unreturned equipment is subject to an automatic credit card charge of the full retail value of the equipment. Coverage on repairs to damaged equipment is not included with this product.

All products are non-transferable and non-refundable even if the rental is never used or picked-up. Rental purchases expire at the end of the designated time frame of the reservation, whether the rental is used or not.

Join us for a beginner-level cross-country ski lesson. The 90-minute group lesson will introduce you to the wonderful winter sport of XC skiing in a safe and fun way. Progressive instruction will have you skiing up and down hills in no time, and then prepare you to continue exploring the trails on your own. Choose from classic ski or skate ski clinic options. | Classic skiing, also called diagonal stride, is the traditional cross-country ski technique and is easier to learn for those new to snow sports. Skate skiing is a newer technique that is more complex to learn initially but is becoming very popular in our area. Call in advance or just drop-in the day of the lesson to sign up. Ages 12+. (We recommend children under 12 take a private lesson or a family private lesson)

Whether you're renting our equipment or if you have your own, save the hassle and let us store your skis/snowboard overnight, indoors, at the mountain. | This service is available at West Village on the upper level of Mountain Gateway building or at Sunrise Sales Center on the lower level of Sunrise Lodge.

Overnight storage is available for skis/snowboards, poles, and boots.

Explore up to Blue Groomed Terrain with an instructor and a small group of skiers or riders with similar ages and abilities. 2.5 hour lessons are open to Adults & Teens (ages 13+) and Youth (ages 6-12) and are offered two times daily. | *Afternoon Lessons are SOLD OUT for the 2024/25 season.

Lessons include 2.5 hours of instruction and exclusive access to dedicated lift lines for Ski and Ride School only. Select a morning or afternoon session, available daily at the Sunrise Base Area until April 20, 2025. Price of lesson includes instruction only; lift ticket and ski/snowboard gear is not included.

A Season Pass or a single-day lift ticket for the day of your lesson is required to participate and must be purchased separately from this product. Add on a discounted $50 Ski & Ride School All-Mountain Lift Ticket to your lesson. Rental equipment may be reserved online in advance; book early to guarantee you get the gear that's right for you!

*For “Beyond Blues” (Upper Intermediate-Advanced level skiers/riders) sign up for private lesson that are custom-tailored for you and your ability level.

Sessions offered daily with the option to add up to four more friends or family members to your private lesson for the price of one session! | -SPRING HALF DAY lessons include 3-hours of instruction, offered from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

The price of private lesson includes instruction only. A Season Pass or a single-day lift ticket for the day of your lesson is required to participate and must be purchased separately from this product. Add on a discounted $50 Ski & Ride School All-Mountain Lift Ticket to your lesson. Rental equipment may be reserved online in advance; book early to guarantee you get the gear that's right for you!

Progress your on-snow skills with family and friends by adding up to 2 more individuals (for a total of 3 participants) to your private lesson for the price of one session. We charge $79 for each additional person up to 5 total.

In order to get the most value out of your session, we highly recommend that all members of your lesson are of a similar ability level. Coaching and terrain selection will always be based on the ability of the least skilled participant in the lesson group.

All additional lesson participants will need to be of the same discipline (either all skiers or all snowboarders)

Please plan your arrival to the mountain accordingly.
