PICKING UP AND ACTIVATING YOUR PASS
To unlock both your UNLIMITED Mt. Bachelor access and your Ikon pass you must take TWO STEPS:
OnePass must be activated (details below on how to check on your OnePass media being active or if need to acquire one)
You will receive an Ikon code from Mt. Bachelor that you must redeem DIRECTLY with Ikon through IkonPass.com or through the Ikon Pass Call Center. This Ikon pass is used when traveling to Ikon base resorts and your Mt. Bachelor pass is used when at Mt. Bachelor. You can expect your code from Mt. Bachelor the first week of May for passholders who purchased March 19-May 1, and within 10 days for those who purchase after May 1.
If you have an existing OnePass media card from a previous winter or summer season AND SIGNED the electronic waiver during the online purchase process:
Look for the code in the ABOUT YOUR PURCHASE section of this letter. If the code displayed exactly matches the code that appears on your OnePass media card, then your OnePass is active and you and you can take it directly to the lifts on your first day skiing or snowboarding.
If you have an existing OnePass media card from a previous winter or summer season AND DID NOT SIGN the electronic waiver during the online purchase process:
You will need to sign an electronic waiver, in-person, before you can use your pass. Guests age 17 and under will need a legal parent/guardian to sign the waiver. Visit us at the ticket sales & service center at our West Village base area, inside the Mountain Gateway building. Alternatively, you can visit our Bend office location in the Sun Country Tours building at 531 SW 13th Street. Walk-in office hours are Noon to 6:00 p.m. daily.
If you are a new customer, don't have a OnePass media card, or need a picture taken:
Visit us at the ticket sales & service center at our West Village base area, inside the Mountain Gateway building. We can take your photo and issue your pass at that location. Alternatively, you can visit our Bend office location in the Sun Country Tours building at 531 SW 13th Street. Office hours are Noon to 6:00 p.m. daily.
All Mt. Bachelor season pass products are non-transferable and Mt. Bachelor requires a photo to be kept on file for each customer in the computer system. Photos should be updated with each age-group graduation or if your appearance significantly changes. Even if a photo is not printed on your pass, it will be kept on file and will be displayed on monitors when you pass through our lift access gates.
All passes must be used by the official pass holder only. Mt. Bachelor will be vigilantly on the lookout for cases of pass fraud in order to protect the investment of the vast majority of law-abiding pass holders. Penalties, including fines, season-long or lifetime Mt. Bachelor access bans, and/or criminal charges will be assessed to both the fraudulent user and the consenting pass holder.
